Job title: Receptionist Reporting to : CEO & President Role: Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure an effective and efficient management of all the activities of the front-office Responsibilities: • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments • Greet visitors/guests/members to appropriate destination or waiting rooms • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries • Receive payments, record receipts for services and handle and reconcile all petty cash daily • Translations English/Italian and Italian/English • Support the Mission, Vision and core values of the company • Managing secretarial documents Knowledge: • Languages: fluent in English (English language recognized certificates appreciated) • Computer : Office (computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level) Skills: • Stress and time management • commitment • collaboration • work ethics Professional requirements: Qualification: Degree in Languages Professional qualifications: - Experience Required: first experience Deadline: 30th september 2014 Submit your CV: curriculum@geotecspa.com |
