Job title: Receptionist
Reporting to : CEO & President
Role: Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure an effective and efficient management of all the activities of the front-office
Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments Greet visitors/guests/members to appropriate destination or waiting rooms Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries Receive payments, record receipts for services and handle and reconcile all petty cash daily Translations English/Italian and Italian/English Support the Mission, Vision and core values of the company Managing secretarial documents
Knowledge: Languages: fluent in English (English language recognized certificates appreciated) Computer : Office (computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level)
Skills: Stress and time management commitment collaboration work ethics
Professional requirements: Qualification: Degree in Languages Professional qualifications: - Experience Required: first experience
